What types of photography services do you offer?
I offer primarily lifestyle photography - maternity, newborn, family and love stories. We can also chat about doing brand work, product photos and professional headshots!
How do I book a photography session with you?
Fill out the contact form on my website, or send me an email at hello@blairhessephotography.ca and we can start the booking process!
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Definitely! If there is a location that is special to you, I am SO happy to meet you there and create some magic. If you aren't sure where to shoot, I can suggest some locations to you after filling out your questionnaire! Locations outside of Calgary city limits will be subject to an additional travel fee that we can discuss before booking.
How long does a typical photo session last?
Each session is typically about an hour - however for larger family groups we may need a bit more time. I will always allow for more time with newborn sessions as well because those sweet babes may need a break for feeding or soothing. If you're interested in a longer session, send me an email and we can chat!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I know I am always so excited to receive a gallery after a shoot - and now even more excited to get to the editing of your photos! Please allow for up to two weeks after your session to receive the final gallery.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
The week before your session, we can keep an eye on the weather and come up with an alternative location for the day if that is the only time slot that works for you. If there is inclement weather on the day of your session I am happy to rebook to another day!
